Shipping
GamesHome makes use of SingPost island-wide postage delivery services for all our product shipments to our customers. The exact postage rate is determined based on the total order weight, while including a slight margin for packaging, etc.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method. For orders weighing below 2kg, you will have a choice between SingPost Registered shipping and SingPost Standard Shipping. For all orders weighing above 2kg, shipping is by default done through SpeedPost delivery service. Please refer to the following table for information on responsibility for lost products as well as delivery durations:

In the above table, under Responsibility, if it shows "Customer bears Responsibility", this means that if the product gets lost in the shipment to the customer, the customer will bear the responsibility of tracking the lost package. However, if the column shows "GamesHome bears Responsibility", any lost packages will be replaced by GamesHome, where a replacement product is available. This is facilitated through the shipment tracking facilities of SingPost Registered and SpeedPost Normal services.



Returns
GamesHome follows a strict no-returns and no-exchange policy, as described in our Conditions of Use statement. However, in some specific cases we may agree to accept a one-to-one exchange of the damaged products. In this case, the product will be checked upon receipt for the declared damages and an exchange arrangement will be made with the factory/distributor on your behalf. This may in some cases result into a processing duration of several weeks before the product is replaced. You may ship the products back to us by using your own shipping methods:
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to enable a one-to-one exchange with the factory/distributor.
  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Please make sure that you have a written agreement with a GamesHome Customer Representative and include this communication in printed form with the returned package.
  • Send the return package to the following address using Registered SingPost. All charges of this submission are non-refundable and to be beared by the customer:

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept CoD (Cash On Delivery) deliveries.
  • For items above S$300, it is recommended that you use a widely known courier service, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number or SingPost registration form for your return package to monitor delivery status or to recover lost packages.
  • To receive a one-to-one exchange, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be a manufacturing damaged product (products damaged after manufacturing will not be exchanged!).
  • Depending on the factory or distributor, the exchange duration may range between 1 to 8 weeks and is NOT guaranteed at any time!
  • Shipping charges of sending the replaced product, will be covered by GamesHome.
