1. Do you own a physical store location?
We unfortunately do not maintain a physical store. The cost savings of operating a physical store are passed on to you in the form of savings and rewards.
2. What is the fastest way for me to get my items?
The fastest way to receive your items is to opt for courier delivery, which typically happens within 1 business day. Depending on the time you place your order, we try our very best to deliver on the very same business day. Please note however that this is not a guarantee and will depend on stock availability, stock location, order timing and availability of our delivery company.
3. Do you provide international shipping?
We currently offer shipping within Singapore as well as to Malaysia. Depending on the product you’re interested in, we may be able to make an exception and ship to your country of choice. Please note however that all payments need to be cleared and depending on your product, additional shipping charges will apply. For Playseat products for international shipments, we strongly recommend that you visit our sister-site www.PlayseatAsia.com which shows all products priced in USD and includes international shipping within 3-5 business days.
