1. Do you own a physical store location?

We unfortunately do not maintain a physical store. The cost savings of operating a physical store are passed on to you in the form of savings and rewards.

2. What is the fastest way for me to get my items?

The fastest way to receive your items is to opt for courier delivery, which typically happens within 1 business day. Depending on the time you place your order, we try our very best to deliver on the next business day. Please note however that this is not a guarantee and will depend on stock availability, stock location, order timing and availability of our delivery company. Should you require same day delivery, please contact us and we will inform you of any additional charges that may be applicable, where possible.

3. Do you provide international shipping?

We are pleased to inform you that we offer world-wide shipping for all our products. Please note that your country may have restrictions in place on certain items. It is your sole responsibility to check if the product(s) you would like to order is/are permitted to enter your destination country. You are also responsible for any and all import duties and taxes as may be applicable on your purchase. Check with your local customs office for more information. Please note that additional shipping charges may/will apply. Please reach out to us via any of our contact methods to find out more about international shipping charges. Finally, please note that we currently only accept payment via international bank transfer for international orders. You may wish to use a service such as TransferWise to save on international shipping charges. We are not affiliated with TransferWise in any way. 4. What is Hoolah?

5. Are you Gebiz/e-Invoice registered?

We are pleased to inform you that we are Gebiz registered for government projects and are able to send a quotation where needed. We also accept e-Invoice submissions for education clients through Simply reach out to us below to get a quotation or make a purchase so we can best assist you.
